What I have wanted to see for a long time in Vienna is a FREE shopping guide to pick up that has special tips on the design scene, one created for both tourists and people living in Austria who are looking for something special: small and classy fashion and furniture shops, jewellery shops with brilliant and individual items, fun and colourful kids clothes, and interesting total concepts in the lifestyle area – and all of this without the Sissi knack-knacks.

During my maternity leave I was inspired to wander through the nooks and crannies of Vienna. And so I ran across unsuspected shops and got more and more recommendations for my next walks. The whole thing became increasingly exciting, and I felt the need to go public with my new discoveries.

No sooner said than done: GUIDED was born. With the help of friends in the creative branch and newly gained allies, a lot of work, and relatively little money, I have been fortunate enough to issue a compact work. In all there are 56 shops represented in GUIDED, distributed among 11 districts. Each corner has its own special attraction that is worthwhile discovering. Compact and neatly arranged, GUIDED fits into any bag, so that nothing can stop you from having a great time shopping.
